Map 28 - Powell-Reed-Abbot
Rating Comments: A trail around the perimeter of the orchard makes for a pleasant walk, or continue into the most white pine forest which emerges into a field that contains the remains of a small fir tree planting. To keep the walk interesting, it is possible to make two small loops. It is possible to really extend this walk by crossing over Bolton Road and entering the extensive trail network of Bowers Springs, which crosses over the Bolton town line. Upon reaching the intersection of East Bare Hill Road and Brown Road, a 1/4-mile walk down East Bare Hill Road takes you to the East Bare Hill Road Land, for access to much longer trails. Easy-Moderate
