Map 18 - WestOak-Dunlap
Rating Comments: New! Out-and-back 1+ mile long trail. One road crossing. Nice views across the WestOak field to the beaver pond, distant views of the mountains in southern NH possible at the trailhead. Descend toward the pond and into the woods, then across a short bridge and onto the Dunlap conservation land, managed by the Conservation Commission. Eventually crosses Old Littleton Road. The trail continues north until it meets a shared driveway. Watch for muskrat, beaver, or otter in the pond. Loses one star for being an out-and-back trail. Easy.
Trailhead Directions: Click here Park on the mowed area near the road by the HCT sign. Then proceed north (away from the road) along the mowed path to the blazed trail once it enters the woods.
